1110-1116 Abbot Kinney Boulevard is a rare, intact example of commercial development along the former Venice Short Line and reflective of early 20th century neighborhood commercial development in Venice. The rich history of artistic occupants and adaptive re-use over the years have added to the unique character and quality of the Abbot Kinney Boulevard corridor of the Venice neighborhood.
